InfrastructureAt
Lakshmi Steels, products are manufactured on the latest machines and
developed with the aid of research under the supervision of skilled and
experienced technocrats. The following is the brief description of our
facility:- Forge Shop: We
are equipped with a range of hammers, which enables us to forge single
piece weighing up to 5,000 kgs. This unit is adequately equipped with
support facilities such as handling equipments and heating furnaces
- Heat Treatment Plant:
Heat treatment is decisive in obtaining the required quality of
products. This department is well equipped with furnaces, which are
capable of solution annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering and
stress relieving
- Machine Shop:
We have full in-house material machining facility and are also equipped with a wide range of lathe machine which enables us
to machine our products efficiently
- Proof Machine Shop: Various machines for proof machining of materials
- Finish Machine Shop.
